Privacy Policy relates to the information of the user collected by ChallanCheck during the functionality of the App.

ChallanCheck being a pioneer in this field sets very high standards for itself, which also translates to our Privacy Policy.

ChallanCheck collects, uses, retains and protects your personal information in accordance with its privacy standards as well as any applicable national laws. ChallanCheck may process or retain your personal information on its servers in India.

This policy may change from time to time, your continued use of ChallanCheck’s services after it makes any change is deemed to be acceptance of those changes, so please check the policy periodically for updates.

ChallanCheck collects following types of information/data from and about our users of our Services: User Data: While using the app ChallanCheck may collect certain information provided by the user like the name, e-mail address, mobile number, gender, name of the city, profession, nature of vehicle owned by the user, profile picture, date of birth, car dealer details etc. Vehicle Data: ChallanCheck may collect the certain vehicle data of User which is sourced from multiple channels, including publicly available databases, user-generated data, and third-party contracts.

Your Personal Information: Personal Information is the information that can be associated with a specific person and could be used to identify that specific person whether from that data, or from the data and other information that we have, or is likely to have access to. We do not consider personal information to include information that has been made anonymous or aggregated so that it can no longer be used to identify a specific person, whether in combination with other information or otherwise. Information about your internet connection, the equipment you use to access our Services and your usage details.

We collect this information:

• Directly from you when you provide it to us; and/or
• Automatically as you navigate through our services (information collected automatically may include usage details, IP addresses and information collected through cookies, web beacons and other tracking technologies).

Thus, no Personal Information of the Users is utilized for any commercial purpose or disclosed to third parties, except for publicly available information about vehicles obtained from various sources, including third-party contracts, user-generated data, and publicly available databases, unless explicitly consented by the User. Personal Information stored by the App is solely used for analyzing statistical data to enhance the functionality of the App. Once this information is no longer necessary, it is promptly deleted from our servers. The same data accessibility is provided to all Users of our App. Should the third-party data sources discontinue providing certain or all Personal Information, ChallanCheck commits to cease disclosing such information, except for publicly available data, unless explicitly authorized by the User.

As far as the Non-Personal Information of our Users is concerned, ChallanCheck may disclose such information to our trusted partners/affiliates in case the User consents to it, who shall comply with this Privacy Policy and relevant laws. ChallanCheck shall ensure that the Personal Information is kept separate from the Non-Personal Information.

Non Personal information is also only temporarily stored on our servers and is collected when a User interacts and uses our App.

ChallanCheck has introduced a feature of uploading various documents to help create a repository for the ease of our Users. Uploading of any document by the User shall tantamount to consent on part of the User to allow ChallanCheck to save these documents on its backend servers for simplifying access and availability of these documents for the User on the App. ChallanCheck undertakes to maintain the privacy of these documents under all reasonable circumstances within its control and shall not share any of these uploaded documents with any third party without the consent of the User.

ChallanCheck allows its Users to input data or information through a manual flow on its App. Inputting of data shall tantamount to consent on part of the User to allow ChallanCheck to save this data on its backend servers for better interaction with the user by recommending personalized solutions and products. ChallanCheck undertakes to maintain the privacy of this data under all reasonable circumstances within its control and shall not share this data with any third party without the consent of the User.

The app does use third-party services that may collect Non-Personal information of the User or data that is publicly available from multiple channels. We may employ third-party companies and individuals due to the following reasons:

• To facilitate our Service;
• provide the Service on our behalf;

If the Users of ChallanCheck share any information on the App or the Third-Party links on the App, such content or information shared by the Users may be visible to other Users and can be read, collected and used by them.

ChallanCheck has made commercial tie-ups with Third parties whose services supplement the service provided by ChallanCheck and help us provide complete and user friendly solutions to our Users. However clicking on these links and availing the services of any Third Party entity is optional and entirely upto the discretion of the User. Clicking on any Third Party link may transport the User to the App/Website of the Third Party. Although ChallanCheck has made all efforts to tie-up with the most reputed Third Party brands, however any transactions made by the User on these Third Party platforms shall be entirely between the User and the Third Party entity and ChallanCheck shall not be held liable in any case.

While using the App, in case of an error, ChallanCheck may collect data and information (through third-party products) on User’s phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as User’s device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics. However, no Personal Information of the User is disclosed either by ChallanCheck  or any third party without the specific consent of the User.

ChallanCheck may send some marketing material to the e-mail addresses of our Users, Push Notifications, SMS/WhatsApp which may or may not be linked or related to our App and may be sent by Third parties. However, Users shall have the option to opt-out of these promotional or marketing e-mails, Push Notifications, SMS/WhatsApp. No claims whatsoever should lie against ChallanCheck for sending these marketing and promotional e-mails, Push Notifications, SMS/WhatsApp.

If the User opts out of targeted advertising delivered by ChallanCheck, please note this does not mean User will not receive advertisements. This solely provides User with the choice to receive advertisements that are not targeted at the User and to control the data collected on User for the purpose of displaying advertisements.

ChallanCheck  shall employ all means to protect your Personal Information. However, despite all measures to protect the data on our servers, ChallanCheck shall not be responsible for any unauthorized access or use of data.

Any reviews of our App by the Users are also in public domain and are accessible to the public at large.

ChallanCheck without any prior permission do not permit anyone to load/hyper-link any part of the App to any other App/website. ChallanCheck also do not permit any app/blog or any social media pages to be hyper-linked to ChallanCheck App.

By accessing this website the user agrees that ChallanCheck will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, of any nature whatsoever, arising from the use or inability to use the website and from the material contained in this App or in any link thereof. The use of the App or any incidental issue that may arise shall be strictly governed by the laws in force in India and by using this App the user submits himself/herself to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gujarat.

The copyright and Trademark of the material contained in this App exclusively belongs to and is solely vested with ChallanCheck. The access to this App does not license the User to reproduce or transmit or store anywhere or disseminate the contents of any part thereof in any manner.

ChallanCheck  reserves its rights to change or amend its privacy policy as per the management policy norms or Government of India guidelines from time to time. If after you opt in, you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at anytime, by contacting us at challancheck@yahoo.com. ChallanCheck shall delete and purge your data from its servers within 7 working days of the receipt of request.
